About Our Conductor

Mr. Dubon has a Bachelor of Music Education, Bachelor of Music-Performance both from Columbus State University and a Master of Music in Instrumental Conducting from Georgia State University. Mr. Dubon is both a teacher and a professional conductor and cellist. Mr. Dubon's past experience includes Assistant Conductor for the Buckhead Youth Orchestra, Principle cellist for Georgia State University Symphony, LaGrange Symphony Orchestra, Albany Symphony Orchestra. He was also coach and counselor at both Brevard Music Festival and Interlochen Arts Camp. In all, Mr. Dubon has been working in the field of orchestral music for over 20 years.
